Stacey Tank
Stacey runs transformations. A Fortune 500 executive, CEO, and board director, she has worked across strategy, operations, finance, brand, culture, and change at companies including GE, The Home Depot, and Heineken, as well as private-equity-backed businesses and high-growth startups.
As chief transformation and corporate affairs officer of Heineken, Stacey reported to the CEO and helped create and lead EverGreen, the company’s global growth strategy. The work spanned more than 100,000 employees, 300 brands, 80 operating companies, and 200 breweries around the world. At The Home Depot, she led its multibillion-dollar Installation Services and Measurement Services businesses through a strategic reboot, returning the remaining portfolio to double-digit growth. She previously served as the company’s chief communications officer. Most recently, as CEO of a high-growth consumer company, she delivered triple-digit growth while developing new approaches to social commerce, including as a launch partner for TikTok Shop.
Stacey began her career at General Electric, where a decade spanning finance, audit, communications, and marketing gave her a multidisciplinary view of how complex organizations work. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and a MasterClass instructor. She has extensive experience as an independent director of public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
